Taurus PT101 Information

The Taurus PT101 represents a semi-automatic pistol introduced by Taurus. It represents a design version of the Taurus 92 model, chambered for a .40 S&W cartridge. An overall length of the pistol is 8-1/2"; a barrel length of the gun is 5" with and weights 963g. The pistol contains an alloy frame and an ambidextrous 3-Position safety feature. It standardly features also a Taurus Security System, loaded chamber indicator and 3 Position Safety Decocker capable of firing in a single and a double action mode. When the safety is on a decocked pistol (safety is on), the first shot is a double action. Magazines of this gun model are compatible with magazines of the Taurus100. The pistol is available in blued or stainless steel finish with rubber grips and adjustable rear sights. It contains fixed-1 Dot front sight and adjustable-2 Dots sights that differ from the Taurus 100. The Taurus PT101 has gained its reputation due to its firepower, accuracy, and reliability.
